Our skilled designers craft personalized pet portraits with utmost love and attention, employing proprietary design techniques, transformative photo re-touching, and professional blending processes in our studio.

Every design undergoes a thorough in-house quality check to guarantee the perfection of your unique pet artwork. Once satisfied, we send you a preview for your approval!

You approve it, then we print it

After your design preview receives your approval, we proceed to printing. Your unique pet art masterpiece is then printed onto your selected product using top-notch techniques and printing equipment in the industry.

Following the printing process, all orders undergo an additional round of quality control to verify that there are no issues with the ink or the product during the printing stage.

Quality check and ship

In the end, we meticulously pack your order using robust and eco-friendly materials, minimizing plastic usage. Your package will be shipped through a fully tracked shipping method, and you'll receive notifications via email and/or text. Track your parcel right to your doorstep. Get ready for the excitement!

Photo Guide

Follow the tips below when taking your pet's photo! If you aren't able to follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team who check all orders and photos as they come in.

If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within 1 hour of receiving your order, and help you choose a more suitable one!

• Close up photos work best!

• Take your photo at eye level with your pet.

• Take your photo in natural daylight and don't use flash.

• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur.

• Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.

• A minimum size of 500px x 500px is needed.

Please note: We use the exact photo you upload with your order, during our artwork creation process. So make sure that the angle works well with your chosen portrait template, that the fur color is true to real life, and that you are overall happy with the photo you upload.

All examples on site were made from high quality photos. If your photo is not good enough to use in our design phase, we'll reach out to you via email to see if you can send us another one.
